These terms govern your use of secondring.org and the Second Ring service provided by Rigoroso Group LLC ("we," "us"), 400 Gozer Pl #4420, Summerville, SC 29486. By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Second Ring provides missed-call text-back, AI-assisted scheduling, lead follow-up and related tools for home-service businesses, running on the business's existing phone number.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
- New accounts start with a free 7-day trial. A payment card is required to begin.
- When the trial ends, your card is charged $199 automatically and then every month on the same date until you cancel.
- There is no setup fee, no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime before your next billing date by contacting us; you will not be charged again. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.
SMS / text messaging program
- Program: Second Ring (Rigoroso Group LLC) customer care, appointment and service messages, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional promotional messages.
- Opt-in: You agree to receive texts by checking the consent box in our website chat widget or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your responsibilities
If you use Second Ring for your business, you are responsible for having the right to contact your customers and for complying with applicable laws on calls and texts.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular number of calls, appointments or revenue. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
