Your phone rang.
Nobody picked up.
They called the next guy.

We install a system on your existing number that texts back every missed caller in ten seconds, has a real conversation, and puts the job on your calendar. Nights, weekends, and while your crew is on a roof.

Where the money goes

Three leaks. Every service business has all three.

None of them show up on your P&L. That's what makes them expensive — you never see the job you didn't get.

Leak 01

The missed call

Crew's on a job. Phone rings. It goes to voicemail — and most people don't leave one. They hit back and call the next name on Google. You never find out it happened.

What we doText back in 10 seconds, then an AI conversation that books them.
Leak 02

The slow callback

A form comes in at 2pm. You see it at 8pm after dinner. By then she's called three other shops and one of them answered on the first ring.

What we doEvery new lead contacted inside 60 seconds. 24 hours a day.
Leak 03

The dead list

Hundreds of past customers and unsigned estimates sitting in your system. Nobody's called them in years. They already know you and they already trust you.

What we doWake the whole list up and book the ones who are ready.
Run your own numbers

What are missed calls costing you?

Change the numbers to match your shop. The math is simple on purpose — you can check it yourself.

Assumes half of missed calls were real jobs you'd have won — a deliberately conservative cut. On your audit call we replace every one of these with your actual numbers, plus a recording of what happened when we called your shop after hours.

How it goes

Signed Monday, answering calls Friday.

1

The audit call

Twenty minutes. We go through your call volume, your response times, and what's sitting in your old customer list. Before we talk, we call your shop after hours and fill out your website form, so the report is what actually happened — not a guess.

2

You see it work on your own phone

We walk through the report, then you call the system yourself and text it like a homeowner whose AC just quit. It answers, asks what you need, and books you. That's the whole demo — no slides.

We build it on your existing number

Same number, same crew, same office software. Nothing about how you run the business changes. We connect it, test it, and hand you an app so you can see every conversation from the truck.

You get a report on the 3rd, every month

Calls we caught that would've been voicemail, conversations handled, appointments booked, and what they were worth at your ticket. One page. If the number ever stops making sense, you leave with thirty days notice.

No contracts past 90 days.

One build fee, one monthly. Everything's included — there's no per-seat, per-message, per-anything.

The guarantee

15 booked jobs in 90 days, or months 4–6 are free.

If the system doesn't book you at least 15 qualified appointments in the first 90 days, I keep working and you stop paying until it does. I'd rather earn it than argue about a refund.

Straight answers

What everybody asks.

Is this going to sound like a robot to my customers?

It starts with text, not voice — and nobody thinks a text back is strange. They think you're on the ball. When we do turn voice on, it introduces itself as your scheduling assistant. It doesn't pretend to be a person. What actually costs you customers isn't a machine answering; it's nobody answering.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. It runs on the number that's already on your trucks and your Google listing. Your customers dial the same number they always have, and your phone rings the same way it always has. The system only steps in when nobody picks up.

I already pay somebody for marketing. Does this replace them?

No, and don't fire them. They fill the top of the bucket — we plug the holes in the bottom. Frankly it makes their leads look better, because right now a chunk of what they send you is dying on your voicemail.

What if it books junk appointments?

It qualifies before it books — what the problem is, whether it's an emergency, and whether they're in your service area. You set the rules for what gets on the calendar and what gets flagged for you to look at. And you see every conversation in the app, so nothing happens you can't read.

How long am I locked in?

Ninety days, then it's month to month with thirty days notice. Ninety days is how long it takes to know whether it's working — anything shorter and neither of us learns anything.

Who am I actually dealing with?

Me. Sal Rigoroso, out of Summerville. I run service businesses of my own here in the Lowcountry, which is how I found this problem — I built this on my own painting company before I sold it to anybody. You get my cell, not a ticket queue.

Find out what your voicemail is costing you.

Twenty minutes on the phone. I'll call your shop after hours first, fill out your website form, and bring you a written report with a real number on it. No pitch on that call — if the number's small, you'll know, and we both saved an afternoon.

Rather just call? (843) 475-8635

You're already paying for those calls. Might as well answer them.
